Novargi Group provides this Internal Reporting System as a secure and confidential mechanism for reporting any conduct that may be considered irregular, unlawful, or contrary to our Code of Conduct, internal policies, or the ethical values that guide our organization.
This channel is open to all individuals—whether internal staff or external collaborators—who wish to notify actions or omissions occurring within the scope of Novargi Group’s activities that may contravene applicable legislation or internal standards of integrity and compliance.
Guiding Principles
The management of this Channel is governed by the following core principles:
Confidentiality: All reports will be handled with strict confidentiality throughout the process.
Respect for Anonymity: Individuals may choose to report anonymously, without the need to identify themselves.
Impartiality and Objectivity: All cases will be evaluated fairly and with full objectivity.
Respect for Rights: The rights of all parties involved will be protected during the review and resolution of each case.
No Retaliation: Novargi Group strictly prohibits any form of retaliation against individuals who report concerns in good faith.
Reports made with deliberate falsehoods or with reckless disregard for the truth, as well as those involving illegally obtained information, are strictly forbidden. In such cases, the protections offered by this system will not apply, and the individual responsible may be subject to disciplinary action and, where applicable, legal consequences under administrative, civil, or criminal law.
